In the physical realm thunder is visible to the eyes, the loud noise felt by the ear and when thunder strikes the extent is noticed from one end of the sky to another.
The thunder of God is a weapon of dreadful judgment. When you use the weapon of thunder you are unleashing, upon the enemy, the visitation of terror.
Isaiah 29:6
“Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire. “
The weapon of thunder is used when God wants to lay bare His holy arm. Isaiah 52:10
“The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.”
You need to make use of the weapon when mocking powers are asking “where is thy God?”
God introduces the use of the weapon of thunder and lightning when He wants the enemies of His children to tremble. Exod.19:16
“And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the
voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.”
You can use this weapon when stubborn pursuers and unrepentant Pharaoh need to witness the raw power of God. When you use this weapon the kingdom of darkness will be shaken. You can also use the weapon when you want to drive satanic agents far away from your vicinity. Exod. 20:18
“And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightenings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.”
This type of weapon is useful in a neighbourhood where there are nagging witchcraft attacks. When you invoke the thunder of the Almighty witches and wizards will be arrested. Beloved, you can command the thunder of God to strike any power militating against the fulfilment of your destiny.
Territorial intercessors and deliverance ministers· can invoke this weapon whenever heavy demonic presence is felt in a particular locality. This is a weapon to use when you are not ready to tolerate any form of demonic harassment.
PRAYER POINTS
- O thunder of God, arise, strike terror and fear into the camp of my enemies, in the name of Jesus.
- O God arise by the weapon of Your thunder and scatter every conspiracy against my life, in the name of Jesus.
- O God arise and let the weapon of Your thunder move into the camp of my pursuers, in the name of Jesus.
- O thunder of God arise, go into the waters, into the forest and into the mountains and destroy every stronghold mounted against me, in the name of Jesus.
- O thunder of God, move in an uncommon way and empower me to possess my possessions, in the name of Jesus.
- O thunder of God, move in your fire and in your rage and pursue my pursuers, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the thunder of the Lord begin to strike fear and terror to the camp of my stubborn pursuers and into the camp of my unrepentant enemy, in the name of Jesus.
