WEAPON 23 – LOCUST
TO BE USED WHEN GOING THROUGH COMPLEX PROBLEMS.
THIS WEAPON WILL INVADE AND DESTABILIZE HOUSEHOLD WICKEDNESS.
THIS IS A POWERFUL WEAPON FOR USE IN CASES OF INCOMPLETE DELIVERANCE.
THIS WEAPON CAN BE USED TO WIPE OFF MASQUERADING ENEMIES.
IT CAN BE USED TO COMBAT AN EVIL NETWORK.
IT WILL PUT AN END TO PERSISTENT BATTLES.
Exodus 10:4
“Else, if thou refuse to let my people go, behold, tomorrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast:”
Exodus 10:12
“And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail hath left.”
ANALYSIS OF LOCUSTS
Locusts invade. You can invade the camp of the enemy. Locusts have consuming ability. You can command the consuming fire of God to swallow the enemies of your deliverance. Locusts have terrible capacity. The Bible says that they are very grievous. Exodus 10:14
“And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such”
Locusts have devouring power. 11 Chronicles 7:13
“If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people..”
You can either command the enemies to devour themselves, or to be devoured by the divine locust. Locust comes in large numbers. Nahum 3:15
“There shall the fire devour thee; the sword shall cut thee oft it shall
eat thee up like the cankerworm: make thyself many as the cankerworm, make thyself many as the locusts”
You can command an army of locusts to visit everywhere your name is mentioned with the intention of swallowing your destiny. Locusts can be endowed with awesome power. Rev. 9:3
“And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power”
You can invoke divine locusts that are endowed with destructive power to disperse every gathering put in place in order to bury your destiny and make you a prisoner in wicked satanic cages.
COMMON FEATURES
Two things are common about the locust
- They come in large numbers and multiply fast.
- They are often referred to as an army of locusts.
They become intimidating as a result of their large number. Often times, it is difficult to count them. Psalm 105:34
“He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillars, and that without number,”
Jer.46:23
“They shall cut down her forest, saith the LORD, though it cannot be searched; because they are more than the grasshoppers, and are innumerable.”
THE METHOD
When you use the weapon of divine locusts the host that are fighting for you outnumber the company of your enemies. Locusts are often blown to specified locations by the wind. Exodus 10:13
“And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.”
You can therefore command the wind of the Almighty to blow divine locusts into places where agents of darkness gather together in preparation for an attack against your life. When an army of divine locusts land in a midst of household enemies, local witch crafts, and groups of people who have been put together to inflict arrows of setbacks upon you, they will scatter. Their hands shall not perform their enterprise.
AN ARMY OF LOCUSTS
One other thing we should take note of concerning the locust is that it has four incisive teeth which transverse each other like scissors. Their function is to grip or cut. When you make use of the weapon of divine locusts you can command their teeth to act like scissors and cut into shreds every demonic agenda factored against you by wicked powers. Joel 1:6
“For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.”
Locusts constitute special squads in God’s army. Their mission is to consume. Deut.28:38
“Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.”
METHODS OF USING THE WEAPON
You need to pray and ask God’s locust to unleash judgment upon the powers that will not cooperate with your freedom. Locusts are instruments of divine judgment. You need to send locusts to the enemy’s camp. Since enemies are bent on wasting your destiny, you must waste them before they waste you. Their labour must be consumed by devouring locusts. Psalm 78:46
“He gave also their increase unto the caterpillar, and their labour unto the locust.”
As long as the enemy is determined on keeping you in the land of bondage, you must also be determined to command a terrible invasion upon them by God’s locusts. This weapon is useful when an array of enemies confront you. This weapon comes handy when your battles are passed from hand to hand by a network of dark powers. You need this weapon when it is your desire to scatter binding powers in such a way as to make it impossible for them to ever come together again.
When you want to devour the enemy without leaving remnant, the locust of the Almighty will do the job perfectly. Instances of re-current battles, incomplete deliverance, and persistent attacks can only be brought to an end when you bombard them with terrible divine locusts.
We need fresh revival of spiritual warfare. We need to go into aggressive warfare invoking locusts that eat without remnant.
With such divine invasion every enemy of your goodness will be routed and consumed.
PRAYER POINTS
- Locusts from heaven, locate every plantation of darkness in my life and uproot them, in the name of Jesus.
- Locusts from heaven, eat up every satanic seed planted in the garden of my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the commandment of the Lord go forth and deliver me from every plantation of the enemy using the weapon of the locust, in the name of Jesus.
- Locusts of the Most High God invade every house of the strongman and pursue them out of their hiding places, in the name of Jesus.
- I invoke the power of the locust of God to repossess and to reposition everything the enemy has stolen, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the locust from heaven go forth in the thunder of thy power to send
confusion into the camp of my enemies, in the name of Jesus.
- I use the weapon of the locust to clear every blockage in my way, in the name of Jesus.
