The Spirit of Disorder

The fact that these are the last days needs no contention. Recent happenings as well as the general atmosphere that is prevalent in this modern age have proved, without any shadow of doubt that we are living in the most perilous hours in the history of mankind. In keeping with the spirit of the age, the powers of darkness have unleashed lots of terrible forces upon mankind.

You should not, therefore, be surprised, about the strange occurrence which you see and hear daily. The Bible says, “These things are the beginning of sorrows.” In other words, the prevalent situation is nothing compared with what lies ahead.

The Bible has also stated, in unequivocal terms, that evil men shall wax worse and worse. If you want to be victorious, therefore, you must possess the spirit of a fighter. You will have to Pray against the spirit of the age. You must also fire your arrows against the glory of Egypt.

Therefore, I want you to close your eyes right now and take the following prayer points.

1. Let the glory of every Egypt pursuing me sink, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every power, aiming at killing my destiny, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.

3. Every power that swallows money in my life, vomit them, in the name of Jesus.

4. Any power, expressing satanic opinion about me, be silenced, in the name of Jesus.

5. From now on, I shall shine, in the name of Jesus.

6. Every fetish priest, hired against me, receive double frustration, in the name of Jesus.

7. Every witch or wizard militating against me, begin to fight yourselves, in the name of Jesus.

8. All the blessing which has been stolen from my ancestors, I possess them, in the name of Jesus.

The spirit of disorder is responsible for most of the things which have caused problems in people’s lives today. Psalm 82:5 gives us a beautiful insight into what the spirit of disorder is all about.

They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

This is the most appropriate commentary on the state of affairs in our world today. This passage makes us to understand that everything is in a state of disorder.

Disorder is the father of the spirit of chaos and confusion. This has resulted in demonic manipulation of the value of man. Not only has man been misunderstood, he has also misunderstood himself.

The life of man has become virtually valueless. It has led to terrible confusion in human behaviour. Human lives have become perverted. Things have become so terrible in the world today that men are now getting married to men in some so-called civilized communities.

The other day, I heard of a man who was supposed to be getting married to a lady. They did all the arrangements in order to make Much more disheartening, is the fact that we are daily inundated with the news of people who remove human eyes, head and cut off other parts of human bodies in order to make money. Why are all these things taking place? It is because the spirit of disorder is at work.

Nations, as well as individuals are being ruled by the spirit of confusion. Hence, the lives of individuals who make up the nation are in disarray. As we discover that the popular spirit which is controlling the lives of majority today is the spirit of disorder, we begin to understand the prevalent chaotic situation.

We have also noticed that Christians are not spared. The spirit that is prevalent in the world has also gained access into the lives of those who profess to love the Lord. In other words, the spirit of disorder has found its way into the church as well.

It is improper, to sweep the problems, which stare us in the face, under the carpet. Those who have identified disorder or confusion in their lives actually know what they are going through. Such people know that a lot ofthings are wrong in their lives. It is one thing to profess that one knows the Lord. It is another thing to live a life which agrees with one’s profession. You don’t have to go too far to discover that a lot of Christians are living confused lives. Now, if Christians are already confused, what happens to the unbelievers? How then can we show them the way if there are elements of confusion in our personal lives?

When confusion sets in, it will manifest. Human beings will begin to act in a confusing manner. What is confusion? Confusion borders on distortion of order. On the other hand, order is a pattern of doing things by the law of priority. That is why the book of Isaiah says line upon line, precept upon precept. The moment you fail to set your priorities right, your life will glide into disorder. Again, the Bible says: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added unto you.”

Thus, the Bible correctly identifies how we can order our lives aright. Whenever there is a definite pattern of doing things, governed by laws of priority, and someone decides not to follow the laid down procedure, disorder follows.

Therefore, order is the divinely ordained position of things. Whenever this is not observed, chaos ensues. Again order is a designated pattern determined by purpose. Therefore, all forms of purposeless actions and activities are evidences of disorder.

Something happened in Germany many years ago. The incident took place in a red light district. Most European nations have what is called red light districts. The red light district is generally a street or a group of streets where prostitutes or women of easy virtue carry out their dirty business. Such streets are filled with ladies who are scantily dressed or almost naked. Their purpose is to capture or attract the attention ofpassers by.

What happened was that a man of God decided to stop the dirty trade. He made up his mind to invade that red light district. He thought of what to do in order to reach out to the people who constitute the maddening crowd in that arena. He decided to rent a place at the end of the street knowing that anyone whoever walked from the beginning to the end of the street must actually have a problem.

He built a big kiosk, rented some chairs, and got some counselors, deliverance ministers and pastors to be ready to minister to those who come inside. He placed a sign board outside the kiosk which read “Come and see the naked truth.” Surprisingly, people began to rush in thinking that when they get inside, and they would see naked women. They looked here and there hoping to find naked prostitutes only to be confronted with the Bible. 90% of people who entered the kiosk rushed out cursing the organisers of the outreach. However, about ten percent sat down to listen to the word of God. Some of them broke down in tears crying about their sordid spiritual state. Many of them who were backsliders decided to trace their steps back to God.

Spiritual confusion is terrible. Unfortunately, the devil has released these spirits in large numbers in these last days. It is understandable when unbelievers get confused. But it is alarming, when believers also get confused. Yes, it is alarming when Christians, who profess to know the Prince of Peace are confused. The moment you begin to go outside the divine order, there is a great problem. You must make up your mind to follow the divine order at all times.

Someone has said, “If God had decided to place our nose on top of our heads every one of us would have drowned whenever it rains.” However, the divine order has never allowed that to happen. The Bible says: “God is not an author of confusion but of peace.” This shows that disorder does not and will never emanate from God.

The spirit of confusion carries out lots of activities in the lives of human beings. It can be likened to a mother who has given birth to many evil children. The spirit of confusion has given birth to children like loss of memory, forgetfulness, mind blindness, spiritual blindness, restlessness, anxiety, rejecting the truth, etc. Manifestations of these spirits in ones’ life are evidences of the spirit of disorder. To be precise, disorder has become so rampant today that it is easily seen in the lives of people.

Lack of intimacy with God is another evidence of living a disorderly life. Jesus said, “I know My sheep and My sheep know My voice, and a stranger they will not follow.” You are getting to the fringe of disorderliness when you are unable to hear the voice of God clearly on issues that concern your life. To go into decisions and projects without hearing the voice of God is to tread the path of disorder. If you are not sure of the steps which you are taking in life, if confusion or attack of decision characterises your life, then the spirit of disorder is at work in your life.

You cannot remain in this situation and enjoy your life on earth. The moment you understand the fact that the spirit of disorder is a terrible satanic weapon, which has been used to destroy many lives, you will decide to pray fervently against it. Therefore, I want you to take this prayer point. Raise up your voice and take it fervently.

Every spirit of disorder, I reject you, in the name ofJesus. A lot of things are going on in many African countries today.

When you hear some of these things, you will no longer be in doubt as regards the fact that men and women are actually confused.

Recently, I had a conversation with a very wealthy man. He narrated his experience when he sent some of his boys to find out what we do at Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries. The boys went back to him and said, “Sir, we’ve been to the place, but we don’t understand what they do there. They just close their eyes and shake their heads. We don’t understand that kind of church,” they concluded. “Do you mean that they don’t say anything at all?” said the man. “Yes, they don’t say anything at all,” the boys replied.

That was how the man completely lost interest in coming to the church. At least, he did not want to attend the church where people just close their eyes and shake their heads. The report given to him sounded queer to him. However, he came rushing to the church when the devil decided to bite one of his legs. It was when he saw me that he apologized saying he was sorry to have kept away. He then told me that he was given a wrong report by those whom he sent.

He then asked me, “Sir, can a prophet of God ask for a cow and bury it together with a Bible in the name of prayer?” I gave him a very simple reply, “Only a spiritual zombie will give a cow and a Bible to a false prophet. That amounts to total disorder.

There are spiritual novices today, who believe that everyone who call himself a prophet or a prophetess is one. Whereas the Bible says: “Test every spirit.” The best and the only unfailing test is the Bible. Whenever a prophet is doing something which runs contrary to God’s word, or prophesying something which disagrees with teaching of the Scripture, and you decide to listen and carry out such unscriptural and heretical instructions, then the spirit of disorder has taken over in your life.

It is highly unfortunate that medical doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountants and others who are well educated allow themselves to be deceived by stark illiterates who put on the robes of ubiquitous prophets. It is simply because they are not ready to discipline themselves. If only you can sit up and consecrate yourself to God, you wouldn’t need any of these funny prophets. To continue to visit these false prophets is to choose to live a life of confusion or disorder.

A sister wanted someone to pray for her, so that she can get married. She made the mistake of going to one of these funny prophets. The prophet told her that her problems would be solved if she can follow him to the bar beach in order to have a special bath. That was how the prophet, a mature adult, took her to the river around 12 midnight and stripped her naked bathing her in the name of prayer. But how can a lady allow a man to bath every part of her body without feeling that something was wrong? The spirit of disorder was at work.

That is not the end of the story. As the man was bathing the girl, a spirit suddenly emerged from the depth of the sea grabbed the girl and started to drag her into the sea. That was how the prophet became afraid. He knew that he was in trouble since the parents of the lady would ask him to produce their daughter. When it became very clear that he wouldn’t be able to snatch the girl from the hands of the demonic personality, he changed gear and decided to chant incantations. After chanting incantations for some thirty minutes, he overpowered the demonic being. That was how he was able to salvage the girl. In any case, he succeeded because he used fetish powers, Yet, he was a prophet. Disorder!

There is disorder in your life, if you cannot distinguish between the voice of God, the voice of the devil and the voice of man. You are also attacked by the spirit of confusion if you cannot distinguish between visions, tangible dreams and useless dreams.

Let me make this very clear to you. God will hold you responsible for any confusion which you lead yourself into. Why don’t you close your eyes right now and pray thus? Every spirit of disorder, I reject you, in the name of Jesus.

If you go through a little problem in life, and you are completely thrown into confusion, then it is clear that the spirit of disorder is at work. You are disorderly if you want to be holy and worldly at the same time.

The other time a man came up on the T. V in America to publicly state that he was a Satanist. He told all his viewers that he will never regret his membership in the church of satan. Surprisingly, the man happened to be one of the largest cosmetics producers in America. He went ahead to publicly declare that part of the raw materials for making a popular brand of cosmetics is got from the fetus of aborted babies. According to the man, when a baby is aborted, or evacuated from the womb, the fetus is ground and mixed with the cosmetics. This is then sold to millions of people in America and abroad.

Surprised by that revelation, the television journalist asked, “Don’t you think that what you have just said is capable of including Christians to boycott your products?” The cosmetics producer simply laughed and said “Oh no, the population of American Christians is so insignificant that they cannot affect our business.” If you examine the man’s statement, you will discover that he was simply saying that Christians are ignorant. In other words, the man was simply aware of the fact that the spirit of disorder is also prevalent among Christians.

The contradiction in speech and character is an evidence of the presence of the spirit of disorder. If you are hot in the morning and cold in the afternoon, it shows that the spirit of disorder is resident in your life.

Indecision is also a symptom of disorder.

A sister went to a so-called man of God for prayer. She sat down waiting for her turn. However, she noticed that the first woman who came out of the counselling office was busy adjusting her dress as If she had removed her dress when she was in the office of the man of God. When the second counselled came out, she also adjusted her wrapper. Then the sister began to put two together to make four.

However, she decided that she would still go in whenever it came to her turn. So she went in, but she became embarrassed when the man of God said: “I don’t want to know what your problem is. Just pull off your dresses. I want to anoint every part of your body.” Initially, she was reluctant but later she decided to succumb to the pressures of the strange man of God. That was how she allowed the so-called man of God to anoint every part of her body. Unfortunately for the lady, she got more than what she bargained for. The problem she took there was not solved at all. That is part of the symptoms of confusion.

People do so many other things in the name of religion. These abnormal practices include: standing naked on top of a Bible in order to receive answers to prayer. Tying the Bible with strings and so forth. Some people even tie pictures together while others would be rolling on the floor and prophesying at the same time. All these are symptoms of disorder.

Allowing your life to be controlled by evil prophecy and going to the cross roads to have religious ritual baths is a mark of disorder.

Collecting the picture of a so-called pastor and praying with it is a mark of disorder.

Depending on prophet and allowing them to run your life is an evidence that you are already confused.

There was a man in the Bible, whose life was an evidence of disorder. He was totally blind when he came to Jesus. However, he began to see, when he received the first touch. But his sight was far from being perfect. When Jesus asked him what he saw, his answer was: “I see men like trees walking.” No doubt; he was able to see something, but his vision was blurred. Whenever he saw a man, he though that he was seeing a moving tree.

There are people like that, who have accepted imperfect vision as normal. Such people are living confused lives. To such people, their experiences are normal. It takes an observer to point out the absurdity of their behaviour. Even when such people are shown the aberrant nature of their behaviour, they argue with those who are trying to show them the way. However, we thank God for the blind man. He accepted the fact that his vision was not perfect and went for a second touch. Jesus touched him once more and he began to see clearly. He was no longer confused.

You cannot experience clarity of purpose in life, without experiencing the second touch of Jesus. If you go about with a single touch, you will live a confused life. Your life will go on and off with seasons of life. You won’t be able to understand yourself. You will see men like trees walking. You will experience disorder in every area of your life. Your thoughts, actions and plans will be characterised by confusion or disorder. To go about with just one mast. You will not be able to live a life that is prioritized, orderly and disciplined.

Perhaps all you have through your life is the first touch, you need a second touch so that you can see men the way they are. You don’t have to see men like trees.

A lot of people go about saying, “I want the double portion of the anointing,” “I want to experience the mighty power of God in my life.” Such people cannot receive anything until they get rid of the disorder in their spirit. You cannot receive the anointing of God until the spirit of disorder leaves your life.

How do you know a disorderly person? Such people normally come late to the church. They do the right thing at the wrong time. They engage in idle chatter when others are praying.

Some people have targeted our time of prayer, they only come to the church at the particular hour, immediately prayer time is over, they run away from the church. Such people make the mistake of thinking that they can come to the church to collect prayers and run away. Some people come to the church without knowing what they are doing. When you ask: “Are you saved?” They will say: “I hope so.” That is an evidence of the presence of the spiritual confusion in such people’s lives.

People who spend years in the church without knowing their left hand from their right hand are examples of confused worshippers. How can a man attend a living church without discovering his spiritual identity? Participating in church services regularly and participating in crime, theft and other bad activities at the same time, is an evidence of the presence of the spirit of disorder in such people’s lives.

Other evidences of the presence of the spirit of disorder in one’s life include: inability to identify your spiritual role in the house of God, talking rudely to your husband, if you are a woman or talking to your wife as if she is a `glorified-slave’, roaming around the houses of prophets and visionary, mixing your faith with beggarly powers, refusing to show respect to those who are older than you, spending ten or fifteen years in the church and choosing to remain a spiritual baby, manifesting evidences of devotion to God today and evidences of lack of devotion to God another day.

All these are evidences of disorder. Whoever you are, if you are disorderly, you will reap the fruits of an unsettled life.

Let me make this very clear to you. God has no respect for human achievement. In fact, He has no respect for your position in your society. This is made clear in the Scriptures, “God is no respecter of persons.” In other words, all men are equal before God. Human opinion means nothing to God. What matters is how He looks at you.

Let me ask you one or two questions. How are you rated before God? What have you done for the Lord so far? What kind of person are you before God? What spiritual exploits have you done for the Lord? Do you think that God brought you into the church to warm the benches? You must answer these questions.

If you call yourself a Christian and you are doing certain things which belie your Christian profession, then your life is in utter disorder. If you are doing certain things in secret that you would be ashamed of, should your pastor get to know about them, then you are living a confused life. Those who engage in activities that are contrary to what are preached in the church are disorderly. Sex before marriage leads to disorder.

Without doubt, there are many confused Christians around. Many people display fake certificates saying, “I am born again. “When their lives do not agree with their profession. People who go about saying: “I am sanctified,” only to end up beating up their wives at home is also confused. Others even go ahead to say: “I am baptized with the Holy Spirit” and yet go about gossiping, lying, fighting and using abusive language. They are confused people.

Some people threaten those who are telling them the truth saying, “I am leaving this church, I won’t come back again. I am offended because they are preaching against me.” Such threats mean nothing to us. We normally tell such people not to worry. We didn’t bring you here. To be sure, all those who are brought here by the Holy Ghost will be ready to do what the Holy Ghost says.

Now, I want you to take these prayer points

Every demon of disorder, fall down and die, in Jesus name.

Every ungodly relationship with any past friend, be broken, in the name of Jesus.

There is a purpose behind God’s introduction of order into human life. Those who are thoroughly familiar with the divine arrangement of things have concluded that order is the first thing in heaven. Perhaps they made such a statement because they discover that there is no iota of confusion in whatever God has created.

WHY ORDER IS IMPORTANT

What then are the reasons why order is important in the divine scheme of things? Why has God instructed that everything should be done in order? In other words, He wants everything to be done line upon line, precept upon percept.’ Let me now give you the reasons.

The Almighty wants to maintain efficiency and effectiveness all the time. He wants His own systems to be efficient in every sense of the word. Therefore, if there is any mark of inefficiency in your life, it is simply because there is disorder in your life.

To ensure that each department is working to the benefit of the whole system. Therefore, whenever you have internal rebellion in your heart the entire system will collapse.

God wants to ensure that each department in the entire system make maximum contribution to the whole system.

God created order In order to protect us from chaos and confusion. When there is no order there will be chaos and confusion.

If you come across somebody who Is disorderly In the observance of quiet time, praying, church attendance and so on, the person Is under the Influence of the spirit of the age, the spirit of confusion.

Anyone who is a victim of the spirit of disorder can never know what it means to be at the centre of the will of God. Such a person can never escape all forms of satanic attacks. Those who indulge in all forms of ungodly relationships which are evidenced by inordinate affection, flirting, the immoral touch, fornication, adultery and lustful thoughts will not be able to receive God’s best. Such a person would not be able to do what God wants him to do.

You must get rid of every form of spiritual disorder in your life. Do you hurry out ofyour house every morning without spending meaningful time before the Lord? Perhaps you don’t even study your Bible when you wake up. Maybe you only pray when you come to the church. Do you sleep whenever the sermon is going on, pretending as if you are meditating? You must get rid of the spirit of disorder today.

The spirit of disorder has succeeded in destroying the lives of so many people. It will send you to hell fire unless you deal with it aggressively today. You must decide to paralyse the spirit of disorder in your life. You must talk to the Lord today.

Every spirit of disorder, come out with all your roots, in the name of Jesus. .
