DISGRACING WATER SPIRITS

You need serious personal preparation, to benefit maximally from the subject of this chapter.

The subject is so important that you must gird your loins and put on your battle gear. I welcome you to the battle arena where all tested soldiers of Christ fight face to face, with the spirits that have kept men and women under bondage for centuries.

To start with, you are going to take some violent prayer points.

1. I plead the blood of Jesus over every department of my life today, in the name of Jesus.

Lay one hand on your head and the other one on your chest, while you take this particular prayer points, in a manner which you have never prayed before. Please, raise up your voice like thunder.

I dismantle and I frustrate, every satanic investment upon my life, in the name of Jesus.

I ride on the horse of war, in the name of Jesus.

Oh Lord, let your arrows be strong and let them pierce into the hearts of my enemies today, in Jesus’ name.
Any satanic linkage to anybody of water, break, in the name of Jesus. (Please, say this prayer with all your energy if you happen to come from a riverine area).

Water spirits, occupy one of the topmost hierarchies in the dark kingdom. They have dominated the lives of their victims for decades. They have remained unchallenged for a very long time. If you talk about water spirits in some quarters some people will ask you to be cautious, lest you step on the toes of these powerful spirits. It looks like the water spirits have been elevated above measure. Water spirits or no water spirit, the Bible states clearly: “At the mention of the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow.” Jesus has defeated all evil spirits, including water spirits.

We need to put things in their proper context. We shall examine what the Bible clearly states concerning water spirits. Let us start with Revelation 12:12:

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea!…

This passage teaches us a very important lesson. It is instructive that woe was pronounced on the inhabitants of the earth and the sea. We have no doubt concerning who the inhabitants of the earth are. But who are the inhabitants of the sea? Do human beings live in the sea? Of course, not. This, therefore, suggests that, some spirit beings reside in the sea. We may not see them with physical eyes, but they exist all the same.

Let us examine another scripture.

When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon. And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the LORD. And they took Dagon and set him in his place again(15am 5:2-3).

Here, the Bible talks about a popular national idol. That shows that the worship of water spirits existed in the Bible times.

Ezekiel 29:1-3 also says,

In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me. saying. Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt. and prophesy against him. and against all Egypt: Speak. and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.

Again, this passage shows us, there are some creatures inside the water.

Let us also look at Isaiah 27:1:

In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

More creatures are now mentioned.

Eph. 4:10 also tells us,

He that descended is the some also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.

Jesus went down below and finished all his assignments in that realm, then he rose up.

In 1990, there was a newspaper publication concerning how some Russians caught a mystery baby-fish that was half fish and half man in the sea of Cuba, South America. Strange enough, the baby-fish talked to them and they talked back to it.

The baby-fish told them that she came from a city inside the sea. The baby-fish begged them that they should allow him to go back to the sea. The Russians promised to release it provided the monster would tell them more about the city inside the sea.

The baby-fish told them that though they live inside the water, they sometimes come out to interact with human beings to pollute them. When the monster finished explaining life in the marine kingdom, it asked to be left alone but the Russians refused. The sea monster told them that if they refused to let him go, a great calamity would befall Russia. That incident took place in 1990. I am sure you know what has been happening to Russia since that time.

A strange incident took place one day. A man decided to relax near a beach. He saw a group of people who were dancing as if they came to the beach for a picnic. He decided to have his own share of the fun. So he decided to move near them. The more he moved nearer them, the more they ran farther away from him. Out of curiosity, he kept following them. Along the line, one of them was left behind. She decided to change her dress and catch up with the rest of the group. The man held her and told her: “I’ll not let you go, you are so beautiful.” She tried to get away from the man, but he over-powered her and seized her clothes. Finally, the woman surrendered and agreed to get married to him.

He took her home not knowing that he had married one of the daughters of the sea. He kept the cloth seized from the mermaid wife some where in the house.

After some years she gave birth to two children. One of the kids stumbled across the marine dress which was seized from the mother. She ran to her mother saying, “Mummy, is this dress yours?” The woman was very happy, as she had not been able to locate the dress throughout the years of their marriage. She put on the clothes and ran towards the direction of the beach.

Unfortunately, the husband was not at home when the incident took place. The husband came back home some ten minutes after the woman had disappeared from the house. The little boy narrated what happened to his father. The man dashed out and ran to the beach. By the time he got there, his wife was nowhere in sight. The daughter of the sea had returned to her original place of abode. That was how the man lost the wife that he got from the sea.

Another man proposed marriage to a girl, and the girl came up with a strange condition. She said, “I’ll marry you, if only you are ready to accept me the way I am. You must be ready to cope with me. From the first day we get married, do not look for mean Fridays. I simply, won’t be around.”

They got married anyway and every Friday the lady disappeared. Something happened one day. A prophet came knocking at the door and the husband welcomed him. The prophet asked him, “Where is your wife?” The husband stared at the ceiling and replied, “Prophet, my wife is never at home on Fridays. That is how we have lived together for years.” The prophet insisted that he should look for his wife that Friday.

He got up, and went out in search of his wife. He spent hours in his desperate search. At the end, he came across a strange sight inside a pond at the back of his house. What he saw baffled him. Instead of his wife, he saw a creature, half-fish, half-woman. However, the face of the creature resembled his wife’s face. He shouted calling his wife’s name. Immediately, the creature disappeared.

He decided to trace the address of the prophet who advised him to go and search for his wife. By the time he located the place, the prophet had also disappeared. The children which the woman gave birth to died one after the other.

THREE STRONGHOLDS

Among the most destructive agents in Africa in general, and Nigeria in particular, are water spirits.

A study of strongholds in the Scripture reveals that they can be classified into three.

The first stronghold is the heavens, the second is the earth while the third is the sea. Bible students must have discovered that, there are scriptural titles like the “queen of heaven and the kings of the earth”. From the foregoing, we can also conclude that the queen of the sea also exists. How fierce, therefore, will the battle be if these three strongholds were to be arrayed against you?

Gen. 1:26 highlights the three principal strongholds – heaven, earth and the sea:

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

These three realms are also brought to the fore in Exodus. 20:34:

Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Deut.5:8 also gives us the same picture:

Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is In heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:

All these passages show us that water spirits reside in the stronghold that are located within the

body of water, otherwise known as marine kingdom. The Bible tells us in Revelation 10:1-6:

And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven. clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And swore by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that there in are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are there in, that there should be time no longer:

This important incident in the scripture took place in the three zones – the heaven, the earth and the sea. The lesson that we stand to learn from this and other passages is that, we must prepare to take our battle to the three zones. Some of us today are still battling with earthly forces without success. How can we win the war in the heavenlies? If a man cannot overcome earthly battles, how can he think about taking the marine kingdom? How can you fight water spirits when you are not even aware of their existence?

For you to overcome the battle of life, you must learn to rise up as a warrior against every spirit that is militating against your life from the river and the sea.

Water spirits are wicked and mean. Their path is paved with blood. They are hard taskmasters. They know how to control men and women. They are heartless. Nothing is outside their sphere of influence. They can be embarrassingly patient, subtle and painstaking to perpetrate destruction. They are never in a hurry. They take their time, waiting for as long as it takes for them to complete their evil assignment. They are very stubborn and can be very insulting.

One of their major tasks is to seduce and commit immorality with leaders to confuse them. If you hear that a Christian leader has fallen into adultery, then you can be sure that it is the handiwork of water spirits.

It is amazing, that some churches build their places of worship near the sea. They are either agents of water spirits or they are victims of manipulation by marine demons. Some churches are fond of taking women to the sea with the purpose of giving them the so-called holy bath. Such rituals are not simple as they look on the surface. It is baptism or immersion in the marine kingdom. By so doing, the so-called prophets are able to manipulate their body odour, thereby making it the link between them and the demons inside the sea. Anyone who has ever gone through the religious bath generally undertaken by fringe or white garment churches must go through deliverance.

Water spirits can come to you with a double face but not with a double mind. .They make mockery of believers whose prayers are devoid of fire. The Bible says,

And God said let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters. And God made the firmament and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the water which are above the firmament and it was so. And God said let the waters underneath the heaven be gathered together in one place. And let the dry land appear and it was so And God called the dry land earth, and the gathering together of the waters he called the sea and God saw that it was good (Genesis 1:6-9).

This passage makes it very clear that there was water everywhere before God created the earth. No wonder, 85 percent of the earth is still made up of water today. Seventy percent of the human body

consists of water. This shows that everything on earth respond to water.

When God decided to deal with Pharaoh, the first assignment he gave to Moses was to deal with water spirits in the land of Egypt. Pharaoh had a demonic agreement with River Nile. He was a devotee of the water spirits in River Nile. He went there to worship the gods and goddesses regularly.

As a lady who is now in the church was beginning to settle down, an incident occurred which baffled her beyond description. She never thought about the reality of the activities of wicked spirits in the spiritual realm until some fishermen confronted her with their findings. They came in a group and asked her, “Madam, what does your husband come to do at the sea at exactly 4.00 a.m.? We always see him talking to some invisible beings. We are fishermen. Our profession takes us to the sea early in the morning everyday. We have observed your husband’s strange behaviour for months. Are you aware of this?”

She thanked them and decided to find out what he was up to. She made sure that she was up before 4.00 a.m. to prove the fishermen right or wrong. She covered her face, pretending that she was asleep. At exactly 4.00 a.m., the man got up as usual and walked towards the sea. He did not look back because he never expected that any body could trail him. He got near the lagoon, which was a stone throw from their apartment, stopped, looked into the sea and began to speak. A spirit being emerged from the water. Behold, it was a beautiful woman. They started discussing. Unknown to the man, the wife was listening to the conversation between him and the mermaid.

She was shocked to discover that a water goddess from her husband’s place of birth, in the Delta area of the southern part of Nigeria, was talking to her husband in Lagos. Although she tried to keep away from her husband’s view, the mermaid was aware of her presence. The water spirit told the woman’s husband, You must go back home at this point. Somebody trailed you here.” When he got home, he confronted her and gave her a deadly slap. The woman kept it to herself. In a few days, the husband died.

This reminds me of another incident which took place some years ago. A modern day Pentecostal pastor took members of his church to the lagoon beside the university of Lagos, Nigeria for baptism by immersion. Everything went on smoothly until it came to the turn of a particular girl. The pastor immersed the girl in the lagoon but as he wanted to raise her there was a mysterious struggle between him and some unseen demons in the Water. The struggle was so fierce that it took the support of the pastor’s assistants to forcibly bring the girl out of the water. Unknown to the pastor, he was trying to baptise a water girl inside their domain.

How can you take a water spirit lady into her territory without first conducting deliverance for her? The pastor vowed that he would never baptise his members in the lagoon again. He had to construct a swimming pool near his church building. At times, if you go near the lagoon, you will see ladies who do not look like normal human beings. Students of that university often narrate their strange experiences. Water spirits are alive and real.

God has always detested water spirits. That was why He decided to disgrace them in the land of Egypt when He turned their water into blood. He dealt with Pharaoh by killing all the fish and other marine creatures which he worshipped.

If you are a good Bible student, you would have read about the major revelations Daniel received by three rivers. He confronted three rivers. We must learn a lesson from his action. If we must experience Victory, we have to be ready to deal with water spirits. Nations, communities and

individuals will never know what it means to experience victory or progress until they learn to confront water spirits.

Our forefathers recognised the existence of water spirits. Unfortunately, instead of handling them in the light of the Scriptures, they worshipped them as idols. Some of our parents went to the extent of taking them as wives. They appease them with all kinds of sacrifices. Today, there are whole families that worship mermaid or water spirits.

That is why those who come from riverine areas generally face backward movement in life. Sexual promiscuity, drunkenness, fighting, epidemics and all kinds of problems are associated with the communities that are located by the riverside. Also, a lot of kings. chiefs and community heads have agreement with water spirits.

A prototype of the earthly kingdom also exists underneath the sea. The spirits who are citizen of that kingdom can manipulate nations and individuals. A look into the history of many African nations and communities reveal that our fore-fathers recognised their existence and gave them names. For example, in the ancient Yoruba kingdom, there was a water goddess called Yemoja. The name means the mother of the children of the fish.

Both the ancient Yoruba kingdom and the ancient Benin kingdom have a notable river goddess in common. The river goddess is called Olokun which means the owner of the sea. From these examples, we can see that our fore-fathers recognised and worshipped these water spirits. Unfortunately, they were severely dealt with by the water spirits.

There are many rivers in Nigeria. Two notable rivers, Niger and Benue, run through the country. A lot of lives have been lost to these two rivers, although many communities worship the deities attached to them. We have had stories of how construction workers who were working on the bridges across the rivers disappeared mysteriously. At times, vehicles are magnetised by mysterious powers within them, resulting in accidents which claim many lives.

Somebody spoke to me recently of how he fell into a river and was there for six months before he came out. He was involved in a ghastly accident along with others. All his companions died but he survived. He discovered that there were human beings who live inside the sea. Of course, these creatures are demonic beings. The spirit beings refused to give him the food that was served in the marine kingdom. They told him that if he ate their food he would not be able to come out of the marine kingdom as a normal human being. Somehow, he managed to survive. He was released after six months of living in the heart of the water. His deliverance was something else. He went through 25 deliverance sessions before he was set free.

Have you read the story of the Gadarene demoniac? You would have discovered that the demons asked Jesus to send them into the swine. Do you know what happened? The swine rushed into the Sea. The demons made the sea their final home. This shows us that, there is a link between spirits that operate on the ground and the spirits that operate in the sea.

Do you know that there is every strong link between ancestral spirits and water spirits? We have heard stories concerning some of our fore-fathers who had such powerful charms that they could dive into the Sea and come out dry. Such men were demon incarnates. They were so powerful that whether they were on land or inside the sea they felt at home. If God can open your eyes to see what goes on in the marine kingdom, you will make up your mind to increase your prayer tempo.

Many people’s virtues are buried under the marine kingdom. A lot of people in Africa and Asia have suffered untold havoc in the hands of water-spirits. These spirits have operated against the

backdrop of ignorance of men and women.

Most people who live in the riverine areas have formed the habit of taking their children to the sea as to dedicate them to river gods and goddesses. Such people, would throw their babies into the river and Catch them again as a kind of baptism into the marine world. Some parents also take their babies to the river and give them some Water to drink. That is how some children start to drink water from the marine kingdom right from their first days on earth.

That explains why most of the people from riverine areas hardly experience stable marriages.

If your husband has refused to stay at home and goes about with strange ladies, it could be that he is responding to the manipulation of his wife from the marine kingdom. A lot of men whose places of birth are located near riverine areas have mermaid wives. They have wives in real life and other wives in the marine kingdom. Those water spirits cannot allow men who are their human husbands to enjoy good homes.

GENERAL FEATURES OF MARINE SPIRITS

Let us at this point examine the general features of these wicked, water spirits.

• PRIDE

Chapter 41 of the book of Job tells us that they are extremely proud. They are boastful. They always demonstrate the supremacy of their power over sons of men.

• THEY CONTROL COMMERCE AND TRADE

According to Ezekiel chapter 20, they are in charge of commerce and trade. Most goods pass through the sea. Solomon’s problem was that he started importing wood through the sea. Unknown to most people, the headquarters of mammon (the god of money) is located within the sea.

• THEY CONTROL THE ECONOMY AND THE FLOW OF MONEY

Examine the currency of some nations, you will discover that there are symbols of the sea on it. In Nigeria, for example, cowry shells have become the permanent symbol of money and commerce.’ Water spirits control the flow of money within nations. They also control the economy of many nations. You can check this out in chapters 17 and 18 of the Book of Revelation.

• THEY ARE IN CHARGE OF SEXUAL PERVERSION

Marine spirits are the principal demons in charge of adultery, fornication, abortion, incest, homosexuality, lesbianism, pornography, polygamy and other sexual perversions.

• FASHION

This may shock you. Most of the styles which are in vogue today, are introduced by water spirits. They are in control of new trends in dressing and the design of current wears. The seductive dresses which most ladies put on today are fashioned from the marine kingdom.

• MAKE-UP AND COSMETICS

Cosmetics and make-ups are controlled by marine spirits. Do you know that many hair styles are introduced by marine agents? They are the brain behind the spirit of vanity.

• THEY CREATE DESOLATION

Marine spirits are wicked killers. We have witnessed a lot of mass killings in riverine areas of Nigeria in recent times. There are also instances of catastrophic events which led to the death of thousands of people. These events might sound ordinary, but you can be sure that they were caused by marine spirits.

• THEY SUPERVISE THE PRODUCTION OF ALCOHOL

They use the production of alcohol as a means of leading innocent souls to the grave. A man who is under the influence of alcohol will easily play into the hands of marine spirits.

• THEY KILL CHILDREN

In their wickedness, they kill children who cannot defend themselves.

• THEY ARE STUBBORN SPIRITS WHO REQUIRE STRONG PRAYERS

They are not easily subdued like other elementary spirits. It requires a lot of effort in the area of aggressive prayers to subdue them.

SOURCES OF MARINE BONDAGE

How are people captured by marine spirits? Let us examine the sources of marine bondage and pollution.

• POLYGAMY

Polygamy is a common African practice, especially among riverine communities. Hardly can you find a man who practices monogamy among those who come from riverine areas. For people from those areas, monogamy is an aberration rather than the norm. What do you expect from a man who has six wives? You can be sure that at least one of them is a member of the marine kingdom. If you visit their homes, you will see that all the wives are sharing everything in common. Their children also share everything in common. Such a situation is a breeding ground for multiple demonic bondage. As they share everything, they also become initiated.

• ANCESTRAL AND PARENTAL POLLUTION

If your ancestors were devotees of marine demons then you are also polluted. If your ancestors got involved in the worship of marine spirit in their attempt to solve certain problems, then you are also part of the pollution. Unknown to most people, their ancestors approached water gods and goddesses for solution to personal and family problems. Many years ago, it was a practice among many people to seek for children from powers in the marine kingdom. Such favour, if ever secured, lead to problems.

• ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

Some people experience environmental pollution because they live near a river.

A lot of people get involved with all kinds of rituals and sacrifices to appease marine spirits. • DIRECT ATTACK

Marine spirits cleverly station their agents in strategic places to recruit new members, as well as attack non members.

• THROUGH PARENTS WHO ARE MARINE AGENTS

Unknown to you, your parents might introduce pollution into your life. I remember the case of a sister who came for deliverance a few years ago. Each ‘time, after praying for an hour, she stopped, saying she wanted to rest. When asked why, she said she was feeling dizzy because she saw a great storm inside a large body of water. Unknown to her, her parents had introduced pollution into her life because they were marine agents.

I also remember the story of a sister whose life was polluted through parental contact with a marine agent. I remember calling her and advising her to go for deliverance. She argued with me telling me that she-had not read the story of anyone who went for deliverance in the Bible. Her argument was that provided you were in Christ you were free. I did not argue with her. A prophet does not argue with anyone.

Fifteen years later, she came back to me saying, “Pastor, can you do me a favour? I saw your book entitled ‘PERSONAL DELIVERANCE’ or something. can you give me a copy?” I gave her a copy and she came back a few days later saying: “Thanks a lot. I have gone through some of the pages. I have also prayed some of the prayer points in the book. After praying, I saw a very massive river. In any case, I was very happy. After all, the Bible says that rivers of living water shall flow out of the bellies of those who believe the Lord.”

I told her that she was mistaken. The river she saw was not living water, but dead water. She was quoting the scriptures instead of going for deliverance from marine spirits. She was 39 and unmarried when she came to me for prayer. Who knows? She would have been married long ago if she had listened to me because as at the time I spoke to her, she was only 24. Her parents had initiated her into the marine kingdom without her knowledge. It was after her deliverance that someone came to her to propose marriage.

• MEMBERSHIP OF WATER SOCIETIES

If your friends are members of water societies, it is very easy for them to initiate you into their group.

• CONSULTING FETISH PRIESTS

All those who consult oracles stand ‘the risk of being initiated into the marine kingdom.

• ATTENDING WHITE GARMENT CHURCHES

Those who attend white garment churches subject themselves to pollution. One of the major practices of these fringe churches is the religious bath in a river.

• NIGHT PARTIES

Marine beings often attend night parties and dance with human beings. Their ladies attend disco parties in seductive dresses and dance in the most suggestive manner.

• SATAN-INSPIRED MUSIC

People can be initiated through music. Some of the music released by secular musicians are demonic. Some years ago a popular Nigerian musician dedicated one of the tracks in his record to the praise of marine spirit. He sang -If you see mammy water never never you run away.” What do you

think will happen to you if you were to sing such a song? If you have ever watched those who dance to the rhythm of Indian songs you would discover that they belong to the marine world judging from the way they twist and wriggle their bodies.

• SHARING DRESSES WITH MARINE AGENTS

If you share your clothes with marine agents or if you borrow clothes from them to attend parties, you can be sure that you will get polluted.

• FOOD POLLUTION

Marine agents can use food to initiate those who eat just anything. When those who suffer food pollution are taken to the hospital, the diagnosis is confusing.

• MARINE GIFTS

Rings, bangles, necklaces, clothes with ‘wet look’ design or appearance can be given to unsuspecting victims by agents of the marine kingdom.

• SEX WITH MARINE AGENTS

If you sleep with marine agents, you will become one of them.

• ATTENDING MARINE FESTIVAL

Those who attend marine festivals are often initiated.

• VISITING RIVERS OR STREAM FOR CULTURAL REASONS

People often visit demonic rivers in the name of going for sight seeing.

• GETTING INVOLVED WITH SATANIC DANCING STYLE

To copy the dancing style’ which emanates from the marine kingdom is to become polluted.

SIGNS OF BONDAGE

It is very easy to know when someone has been polluted or initiated by powers from the marine kingdom.

Such a person would have a hard time living the Christian life

Prayer would be difficult

Fasting would be impossible

He would get angry without being provoked

Water dreams would be common

Difficulty in finding a partner

Unstable marriages

Uncontrollable sexual urge

Inexplicable hindrances to progress

Strange sicknesses

These are some of the symptoms which are evidences of involvement with marine spirits.

I would like you to take a prayer point right now. Please, close this book for a moment and pray in this manner:

Blood of Jesus, soak me.

Water spirits are invisible. However, they come in human form on errands of destruction. Many people have been destroyed by them. They can be so wicked as to pretend that they have nothing to do with the suffering which their victims are going through. They generally finish their destructive assignments before allowing anyone to come to the rescue of their victims.

An incident occurred some years ago. One of the ladies in a particular family suffered fits of the convulsion. The parents rushed to the house of an elderly pastor and asked him to come to their rescue. The pastor came and prayed with all his energy until the Holy Spirit asked him to stop praying. The Lord opened his eyes and he saw that the father was busy eating up the eyes of the lady while the: mother was busy chewing her feet spiritually. In other words, the same parents who came to call him to pray for their daughter, were the same people who were eating her up.

These water spirits are wicked. They kill the most useful children and spare those who are useless. They sometimes assume the form of half fish, half human. Since they know that a lot of Christians are now well-informed about them, they have changed their tactics. They now come with tight-fitting, seductive clothes and walk wriggling their waist like a fish. But they are easily identified by experienced deliverance ministers.

I was invited to a Christian gathering some years ago. After the message, I gave the congregation a serious prayer point. Something unusual happened. A lady began to swim on hard concrete floors. It was clear that the water spirits in her life became so confused that she thought she was inside water. The front of her dress was torn as a result of the vigorous way she dragged herself. What shocked me was the fact that this lady was the person who led praise worship in the church. I nudged the Pastor who closed his eyes in prayer and he was shocked.

Marine spirits prevent people from serving God. They are sometimes amphibious. They can live on land, inside caves, on top of rocks and inside mangrove trees in riverine areas. But rivers and seas are their best habitats. They know how to make use of marine symbols as points of contact.

There are ladies, who enter hair salons with marine symbols not knowing that they are subjecting themselves to marine bondage. Others choose hair styles that resemble mermaid’s styles.

A lady phoned me from one of our overseas branches complaining that she was not allowed to go through deliverance because of her hair style. I don’t know what she expected me to say but I told her that she must be ready to do away with anything that resembled marine hair styles if she really wanted to be delivered. Some people go to some oriental restaurants to eat, even when they see massive marine symbol in front of such restaurants.

Marine spirits are very stubborn. However, they are extremely beautiful. They have the anointing of seduction.. Their sexual appeal is unparalleled. They are generally addicted to jewellery. Those who are under their bondage are ready to leave a church if a strong preaching is done against Jewellery there.

Health problems like convulsion, migraine, unnatural heart beat, cancer, problems with male and

female reproductive organs and unnatural cold and fever, all are from the marine kingdom. Marine agents are fond of appearing in complete red or in complete white. They are fond of bleaching their skin. They like shining or flashy things.

They can exchange babies in the womb. They deposit strange items into people’s bodies. They inspire sexual dreams. They make people dream about dogs. They plant things like bead, mirror, necklaces, snakes, fish, plates into human bodies.

STRATEGY FOR VICTORY

What then is the divine strategy for defeating them?

Raise up a lamentation against them. This is different from an ordinary prayer.

Spread prayer nets to trap them. What is a prayer net? It is an aggressive prayer in which you pray at regular intervals in such a way as to leave no breathing space for them to escape. The prayer against marine spirits is not a five-minute prayer, especially if someone’s life has been captured. You need strong prayer sessions.

Use the sword of the Lord (the word of God) against them.

Use the hailstone of God against them.

Use the coals of fire against them.

Use the thunder and lightning of God against them.

Use the blast of the Almighty against them.

Ensure that they don’t have any investment (anything that cooperates with them) in your life.

Live a holy life.

Declare a holy war against them.

The battle against them is a battle you must win.

Oh Lord, make me Your rod to break water spirits into pieces, in the name of Jesus.

Let the blood of Jesus, erase every evil record fashioned against me, in the name of Jesus.
