Exhortation:

Beloved, do not be discouraged by the feeling of lost spiritual gifts. The gifts of God are irrevocable (Romans 11:29). The enemy may try to steal, kill, and destroy what God has given you (John 10:10), but the Lord is a restorer. Stir up the gift of God, which is in you (2 Timothy 1:6). Remember the times when you operated powerfully in the Spirit. That same anointing is still available. Through fervent prayer and a renewed commitment to seeking God’s face, those gifts can be recovered and even increased. Do not dwell on the loss, but focus on the One who gives all good and perfect gifts (James 1:17). He is faithful to restore what has been taken.

Confession:

Heavenly Father, I come before you today acknowledging that I have allowed the fire of your Spirit within me to dim. I confess that I have not always valued and diligently used the spiritual gifts you have so graciously bestowed upon me. I have allowed distractions, doubt, and the cares of this world to hinder their operation. I confess any negligence, disobedience, or spiritual apathy that has led to a feeling of loss. Forgive me, Lord, for not being a faithful steward of your gifts. I believe that you are a God of restoration, and I now turn my heart fully back to you, seeking a fresh outpouring of your Spirit and the recovery of every spiritual gift that has been lost or dormant. In Jesus name, Amen.
