Exhortation

Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and prolonged stress can take a toll on the body, mind, and spirit. However, as believers, we serve a God who promises rest, peace, and renewal. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” No matter the burden of chronic stress or nervous breakdowns, the Lord is our refuge and strength. When we cast our cares upon Him and trust in His divine power, He restores our weary souls and grants us supernatural peace. Today, as we lift up these prayers, let us believe in God’s ability to break every yoke of stress and fill us with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

Confession

Isaiah 41:10 – “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

I declare that I am a child of God, and His peace rules in my heart. I reject every spirit of fear, anxiety, and stress. The joy of the Lord is my strength. I cast all my burdens upon Jesus, for He cares for me. I am not overwhelmed by life’s pressures because my God upholds me. No weapon formed against my mind and health shall prosper. I walk in divine peace, healing, and restoration in Jesus’ name. Amen.
