Biblical Exhortation:

Beloved, the Lord promises us rest. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Sleeplessness can be a heavy burden, but remember that God desires for you to find peace and rest in Him. Do not allow the enemy to rob you of this divine provision. Stand firm in faith, knowing that He is able to grant you peaceful sleep. Cast your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Trust in His unfailing love and allow His peace to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

Confession:

Heavenly Father, I come before You acknowledging that You are the God who gives rest to His beloved. I confess that at times, I have allowed worry, fear, and the attacks of the enemy to steal my sleep. I repent for any anxiety or unrest that I have harbored. I declare that I am Your child, and You have promised me peace. I confess that I receive Your peace that surpasses all understanding. I declare that every arrow of sleeplessness targeted at me is broken and nullified by the power of the blood of Jesus. I confess that tonight and every night, I will lie down in peace and sleep soundly, for You, Lord, make me dwell in safety.
