Biblical Exhortation:

“Beloved, let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, ‘Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.’1 Let us cast our anxieties upon Him, knowing He cares for us. Let us seek His peace that surpasses all understanding, and let the Holy Spirit guide us into a place of stillness and trust. Remember, God is not the author of confusion, but of peace. “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have allowed restlessness to take root in my life. I have allowed fear, anxiety, and the cares of this world to steal my peace. I confess my lack of trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing. I confess that I have allowed the enemy to distract me from Your presence. I repent of every thought, word, and action that has contributed to this restlessness. I confess that I now submit to Your perfect will and Your perfect peace. I confess that I am anchored in You, and I receive Your rest into my soul.”
