Biblical Exhortation:

Don’t you know that God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind? So stand firm and don’t let fear grip your heart!

Confession:

I declare today that fear has no hold over me. God’s perfect love casts out all fear. I am strong, I am courageous, and I walk in the victory that Jesus won for me.

Psalm 27:1-3: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers assail me to devour my flesh, my adversaries and foes, they shall stumble and fall. Let’s lift our voices and magnify the name of the Lord! He is our deliverer, our shield, and our ever-present help in times of trouble. We praise you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your unfailing love that surrounds us. We worship you, our King and our Savior!

Prayer:

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before you today, acknowledging your power and sovereignty over all things. We thank you for your Word that assures us of your protection. Lord, we lift up every individual facing the arrows of fear right now. We ask that you would intercept every single arrow of fear targeted at their minds, their hearts, and their lives, in Jesus name, Amen.

Father, we pray against the spirit of fear that seeks to paralyze and torment. We command that spirit to loose its grip and depart from every life represented here, in Jesus name, Amen.

Lord Jesus, we ask for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds against every form of fear, in Jesus name, Amen.

We pray for boldness and courage to rise up within us, to face every challenge and obstacle without wavering, in Jesus name, Amen.

Father, we declare that we are rooted and grounded in your love, and your perfect love casts out all fear, in Jesus name, Amen.
