Exhortation:

Beloved, do not be dismayed by the shadows that loom or the whispers of fear that try to penetrate your heart. Our God is a mighty deliverer, a strong tower in times of trouble. He has promised us victory over every weapon formed against us. Today, let your faith arise! Let your spirit be bold in the Lord! For He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Stand firm in the knowledge that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

Heavenly Father, we come before you acknowledging your sovereignty and your power. We confess that sometimes fear grips our hearts when we face the unknown, when we feel the sting of the enemy’s attacks. Forgive us for the times we have doubted your protection and your unfailing love. Today, we declare that you are our refuge and our strength. We confess that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, for we are covered by the precious blood of Jesus. We declare our trust in your unfailing Word.
