Exhortation

Appendicitis is a painful and distressing condition, but as believers, we serve Jehovah Rapha—the Lord our Healer. The enemy may try to afflict us with sickness, but God’s Word assures us that healing is our portion. The Bible says in Jeremiah 30:17, “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD.”

No sickness, including appendicitis, has the power to prevail over a child of God. Jesus already bore our infirmities on the cross, and by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). As we engage in aggressive prayers, let us stand in faith, believing that the power of God will flush out every disease and affliction in our bodies.

Confession

 I declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost; no sickness shall dwell in it in Jesus’ name.
 By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed from every affliction, including appendicitis, in the name of Jesus.
